You can take the new highway or the panoramic coastal road. At a big crossing with the indication for Baška Voda centre, follow the road until the central square along the seafront. Follow the seafront road up to a junction with the signs to exit the city, with written Dubrovnik - Makarska, turn left up the road, the turn into the second left and you're there.
